HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We provide worldwide shipping.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders if you want products delivered to different addresses.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We accept shipping to PO Boxes, however, we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can find tracking information in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation sent to your email. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK?

It may take 3–5 business days for tracking numbers to appear in the system. If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 business days (domestic) or 45 business days (international), please contact our customer support.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PACKAGE IS MISSING?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around the delivery location and your mailbox.
  2. Review your Order Confirmation and tracking status.
  3. Access the tracking link to identify the local carrier.
  4. Contact the local carrier for updates.
  5. If still missing, reach out to our support team.

IS EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Currently, we only offer Standard Shipping for our products.

HOW CAN I EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order via our Contact Form for any changes. Once an order is processed, changes may not be possible.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE AVAILABLE?

If the order qualifies for cancellation, there is no cancellation fee.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

We do not currently offer phone ordering services. Please complete your order securely through our online store.

CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

Contact us within 7 business days of delivery if there's an issue with your order. We typically do not require returns. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
